Pace MSC retains all ownership rights to its pre-existing methodologies, internal processes, templates, and proprietary "tools of the trade" used to generate the Work Product.
3. Client Responsibilities The client is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the raw data, title instruments, or spatial coordinates provided to Pace MSC for processing. Pace MSC is not liable for mapping or acquisition errors resulting from inaccurate source materials provided by the client.
4. Limitation of Liability Pace MSC provides deliverables based on available public records and client-provided data. While we strive for absolute accuracy, our services are provided "as is" without implied warranties of title. In no event shall Pace MSC be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our deliverables.
